Meryl Streep had everyone talking when she walked down the red carpet on Sunday night at the Orange British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA Awards.) The entertainer was at the Royal Theater in London to see if she would win an award after being nominated for her role in the Iron Lady.
While the fans caught a first glimpse of the entertainer on the red carpet prior to finding out her fate, nobody was disappointed in seen Streep in a black Vivienne Westwood gown. The entertainer looked stunning for the evening showing off just how Hollywood stars roll in style. The gown, with a deep cut neck that was tasteful yet slightly revealing, was flowing toward the bottom of the dress. With a small train that followed behind, the grace and elegance of the gown let everyone know that Meryl Streep still knew how to rule the red carpet.
This isn’t the first time Streep has worn a Vivienne Westwood on the red carpet and fans have come to expect the gorgeous look as the designer seems to fit her style perfectly. The only thing better would be walking away with an award, but the BAFTA ballots will be deciding Streep’s fate on that!
