If you’re seeking a bit of culture this weekend, come check out the Indian music festival from May 31st- Jun 28th- Jul 26th (4th Tuesdays) at the historic Gov. Fifer Courtroom at 200 North Main Street in downtown Bloomington.

The event titled Parigyaan consists of a series of special presentations about Indian music with a prime focus on instruments and vocal styles.

This event aims to further educate the public about the origin, history, and styles that create the rich heritage of Indian music. There will be performances on various traditional instruments followed by a discussion.
