'Meloetta' Pokemon event starts at Gamestop

Pokemon fans with the newest generation of Pokemon games can get their hands on a Gamestop exclusive Pokemon starting Monday March 4th. Those with Pokemon Black and White as well as Black 2 and White 2 can stop by a local Gamestop now until March 24th for the legendary Normal type.

Meloetta was first revealed in March 2012, and has not been available in North America until now.This Meloetta wil be level 50, and will come with the moves Psychic, Round, Teeter Dance, and Close Combat. It also has the ability Serene Grace, which improves the chance of special effects during battle, and comes holding a PP Max.

This Pokemon will also unlock special in-game events. In all versions of the game, it can be taken to a cafe Castelia City to unlock Relic Song, a move that will change its form in battle. In addition, in Black 2 and White 2, players may talk to another person in the cafe to unlock a secret FunFest mission.

Meloetta can be obtained by visiting participating Gamestops. Players with the games should start the game, select Mystery Gift, receive gift, and then "Get via Wireless." Once the Pokemon has been received, a delivery person can be found in any Pokemon Center, who will then give the player their new Meloetta.
