After starring for several seasons on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," Gorga, a singer and mother of three, found herself in the presence of cameras for another city, and ended up filming for the Atlanta-based version of the long-running series.
"We just filmed an episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta," Gorga revealed to Andy Cohen on last night's "Watch What Happens Live," according to an Aug. 4 report by Wetpaint Entertainment.
Andy while Cohen, who is the man behind the successful "Real Housewives" franchise, should have been well aware of the crossover, he had no clue.
"Are you kidding?" he asked.
"No, they were filming HSN," Gorga explained.
Just last month, both Gorga and NeNe Leakes, of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," launched collections on the Home Shopping Network. While Gorga released a collection of jewelry, Leakes released a clothing line -- much of which sold out, nearly immediately.
Since production on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is just getting started, it's hard to say for sure whether or not the scene Gorga shot will make it to the show. After all, there is always tons of footage and in the end, the network only airs about 12 one-hour episodes.
No word yet on a premiere date for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," but in the meantime, Gorga can be seen every Sunday night on Bravo at 8 p.m. in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."
