Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice still friends on ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’

Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice are keeping their promise of less drama and are still pretending to be friends on the new season of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Wetpaint reports on Jan. 21 that Giudice is posting pictures of her ski trip with the family. Although Gorga is missing from these shots, the two housewives are allegedly getting along during the filming of the sixth season.

The previous season of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” ended with the promise that Gorga and Giudice would maintain peace and avoid some of the fights that have characterized their relationship. However, Bravo is simply shifting the drama to the new housewives while giving veterans like Gorga and Giudice a slight break.

Despite the claims that the sister-in-laws are still friends, filming during the sixth season has not been drama free thanks to the new additions. Dina Manzo, Amber Marchese, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Napolitano have been creating their own arguments to replace the void left by the sister-in-laws. Allegedly, the Napolitano twins have not been getting along with Gorga, and the show is being split among old versus new cast members.

Bravo seems to have accomplished its goal of creating tension between the veteran housewives and new housewives with the typical gossip behind the scenes. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” may be relying on its favorite tactic of fights based on hurt feelings about hidden conversations that have come to the surface.
