Melissa Gorga is starting to share some of the secrets for the upcoming season of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.” The Star-Ledger reports on Monday that Gorga is warning fans the new cast members will bring fire to the show. The reality star states she is still on good terms with Teresa Giudice, so viewers should not expect a lot of drama from them.
Despite ongoing rumors, Gorga confirms that Jacqueline Laurita will not be a part of the sixth season. However, other housewives will return in previously predicted reduced roles, so fans will see less of them. Gorga is referring to Kim DePaola, Rosie Pierri and Kathy Wakile who will be seen as friends of the housewives.
Gorga seems excited about the return of Dina Manzo, but she claims she will miss the other housewives who have left. Nevertheless, she shares the new cast members will add enough drama to keep fans coming back for every episode. Since Giudice is focusing on her legal issues, she cannot be the one to add more drama to the Bravo reality show.
Gorga admits that fans will have to wait longer to see the next season of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” because Bravo wants to start airing it in the summer. June and July have been proposed as two of the possibilities for the first episode of the sixth season, and producers may have a specific reason for waiting longer. Giudice’s trial date is on July 8, so they may want to use this publicity to improve ratings for the program.
The upcoming season is not weighing heavily on Gorga’s mind, and she seems to be enjoying her vacation with the family. On Twitter, she is busy posting photos of her beach trips, showing off her new bikinis and posing with her children. Gorga is done filming the season, so she is using the freedom to her advantage.
