Melissa Gorga may be back to competing with Teresa Giudice since she has suddenly decided to mention Project Ladybug. On March 28, the official Twitter account of Gorga posted several messages about the charity. Giudice recently revealed she would be donating book proceeds to the NephCure Foundation.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star shared several thank you posts about Project Ladybug. Gorga reached out to Pauly D for volunteering to do a meet and greet for the charity, mentioned a business that is donating spa treatments and shared the name of a jewelry company donating a bracelet. Her tweets appeared after Giudice’s recent post about the NephCure Foundation and her book signings.
Gorga and Giudice have been getting along for weeks, but fans have continued to doubt their friendship. Now, it seems Gorga wants the world to know she is also involved in a charity, and Giudice is not the only one who cares about being a part of these types of events.
Project Ladybug is a nonprofit organization started by Dina Manzo to help children with life-threatening illnesses. The organization has three projects including Julien’s Ladybug Fund, Atia’s Ladybug Fund and St. Joseph’s Ladybug Fund that help the families of children who are fighting cancer.
Both Gorga and Giudice have been involved in Project Ladybug in the past by supporting Manzo at events. Manzo appreciated their contributions, and it seems that Gorga has continued to stay active in the nonprofit organization.
