To read the news it seems as if there are multiple battles taking place between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva. One reported said that Oksana was trying to get this particular judge to rule on matters outside the current case. Also Oksana is trying to introduce a new lawyer into her world, but he does not yet have rights to practice in California.
In the interim, separate from custody and visitation, The New York Post says: "Mel Gibson reportedly has been ordered to fork over $60,000 in back child support to his baby mama -- and to let her live rent-free in his Sherman Oaks, Calif., home with their year-old daughter.
"The 54-year-old actor and Oscar-winning director met face-to-face with his former lover Oksana Grigorieva, 40, in a closed hearing in LA yesterday.
"The couple's battles have been anything but "closed" for the past several months, as they've publicly griped about custody and financial issues in the wake of a private agreement." New York Post,
