Transformers star Megan Fox would rather stop eating for a whole week than prepare a meal for herself.

"I'll starve to death before I'll cook for myself," Fox, 24, says in the June 2010 issue of Allure. "I think I could survive a week without eating."

Megan, who is widely considered one of the most beautiful women in the world and the heir apparent to sex icon Angelina Jolie, previously confessed she only eats one meal a day.

'I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY'

"In my normal life I eat maybe once a day at 10 pm, so I had to just start eating three times a day to gain weight [for Transformers 2]," the slim 5'5" Megan recalls.

Megan, who's a smoker, admits she hates working out. "I’m very lazy," she says. "I have a personal trainer who is supposed to come to my house three times a week. He does Pilates with me and I usually make it to one training session a week."

'I HAVE OCD'

The outspoken Fox, who once confessed she's insecure and neurotic, also reveals she suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder. OCD is an anxiety disorder where people have unreasonable fears (obsessions) that lead them to engage in ritualistic behaviors (compulsions), such as repetitive hand-washing.

For Megan, the OCD manifests itself in her aversion to germs. As a result, she refuses to use public toilets without covers. "Every time someone uses a bathroom and they flush, all the bacteria is shot into the air," she says.

The dark-haired beauty also refuses to eat with restaurant silverware. Megan_Fox_Allure OCD obsessive compulsive disorder Transformers anorexia She explains: "Putting my mouth where a million other mouths have been, just knowing all the bacteria that you carry in your mouth? Ugh!!"

'I CAN GO A WEEK WITHOUT TALKING'

The no-nonsense Fox can't stand empty banter or phony people.

"I could go days, weeks, without talking to another human being," she says. "I hate receiving compliments; I hate being told I'm talented or people think I'm going to be a movie star. I always feel that it's forced and fake."

Meanwhile, the blue-eyed, brunette stunner says she's not opposed to plastic surgery if it's not taken to an extreme, like Heidi Montag.

"I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from," says Fox. "A lot of times it's not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin -- the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, 'This is something that I want to do', then do it."

Megan next plays a prostitute in the action film Jonah Hex, which hits theaters June 18.
