Attendees will get a peek inside the world of Alright TV today. Tracey E. Edmonds, president and CEO of Alright TV, will showcase new programming slated for YouTube’s family oriented and faith-friendly digital channel, Alright TV, during MegaFest at 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. CDT on today, Thursday, August 29, 2013, at the Dallas Convention Center.
Edmonds will be on hand to discuss the inspiration behind developing Alright TV and will highlight two of the channel’s new digital series: "The Choir", developed by YouTube sensation Issa Rae, creator and star of the hit web-series "The Mis-Adventures of Awkward Black Girl"; and, "Dfree to Be Free", an informative financial series created by Dr. DeForest B. Soaries, senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in New Jersey.
