MegaCon brings Star Trek, Star Wars, Harry Potter stars and more to Orlando

It's time again for geek heaven in Orlando. MegaCon is a three-day convention for fans of sci-fi, anime, comics, cosplay, gaming and tons of fun for the entire family.

This year MegaCon will bring stars from major franchises like Star Trek:The Next Generation (Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, Marina Sirtis, Michael Dorn, Levar Burton, John De Lancie, Gates McFadden, Denise Crosby, Wil Wheaton, and more), Star Wars (David Prowse - Darth Vadar, Paul Blake - Greedo, Jeremy Bullock - Boba Fett), Battlestar Galactica (Michael Hogan - Saul Tigh), along with notable stars like Lou Ferrigno (Hulk), the Phelps twins from Harry Potter, Paul Bradford and Scott Tepperman from Ghost Hunters International, Dean Cain (Lois and
Clark) and too many more to list. Guests from the comic book world include, just to name a few, Neil Adams, Gail Simone, and George Perez. Wow, what a lineup!

There will be celebrity panels and panels on writing, costuming, movie trailers, along with a zombie walk, zombie costume contest, speed dating, the big costume contest, music, comedy, and too much fun to be held anywhere but the huge Orange County Convention Center. Expect large crows, lots of great costumes, fantastic dealers room with plenty to purchase, and celebrities everywhere.
