Meeting Magic in Mexico

See also

Mexico launched a 'Magical Villages Program' in 2001- Programa Pueblos Magicos. Mexico's Secretary of Tourism helps promote towns around the country that offer visitors a 'magical' experience. Towns must qualify for the recognition based on natural beauty, cultural riches and historical revelance. There are currently 83 magical towns and villages in 31 states of Mexico. You can visit the entire Magical Villages list and start checking them off your bucket list.

For me, I have barely scraped the surface visiting magic cities like Izamal, Zacatlan, Valladolid and Chignahuapan. In Puebla, Mexico we had the unique experience of enjoying the creation of authentic mole from a popular restaurant, Mural Poblanos. I hope you enjoy the video - an remember you can meet real magic in Mexico at every turn.
