Meet Three Young Boston Entrepreneurs

Jason Evanish is a serial networker in the Boston startup area, developing a hub for Boston entrepreneurship with Greenhorn Connect. He's a recent graduate of Northeastern's Technological Entrepreneurship program and is working in a variety of different startups right now. As an entrepreneur, he's been trying to figure out ways to somehow pay the bills, build his business, and explore the other opportunities around him. No wonder why he juggles three jobs at three different startups.

Dan Marques is a serial entrepreneur, now leading the Marketing initiative for Venture-backed custom jewelry company Gemvara. As a Babson alum, and former mentor at Babson and Executive at VistaPrint, Dan is a the man! He's an expert at Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Marketing, and just a powerhouse at Analytics. Dan's a personal mentor of Blank Label (he looks pretty awesome in his very own co-created custom dress shirt), and the chillest guy we know. Dan might not feel as young as he used to, but that's what years of 80+ hour work weeks does to a guy.

Evan Morikawa is a student at Olin College and co-founder of Alight Learning, a real-time online learning environment for middle school teachers and students. He's a madman at the computer. Evan is a hardcore programmer and lives and breathes code. But he's also a visionary because he has a grand idea for changing the way students learn and teachers teach. It's a lofty goal, but he'll do it! P.S. Evan's an abstract kind of guy. He knows everything about anything. How? Not sure, but he's one of the smartest kids out there.
