Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers has arranged to work with DoSomething.org in an effort help Haiti earthquake victims and also the homeless teens in the United States. Michael Yo, E!’s resident charity correspondent, will be at the Los Angeles Aeropostale Store at the Westside Pavilion Mall between 2:30pm PT and 4pm PT on January 26th. During these hours, fans are encouraged to come visit Michael Yo and bring 10 pairs of “gently used” jeans.
The jeans will be donated to Aeropostale’s ongoing charity campaign Teens for Jeans. For each 10 pairs of jeans donated, fans of the Jonas Brothers, will be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to meet Nick Jonas and attend the Jonas Brother concert on Wednesday January 27th the following day.
Winner’s of the drawing will be announced on the spot at 4pm PT and be given the tickets to meet Nick Jonas. Only 2 winners will be selected. Teens for Jeans will be donating the first 100,000 pairs of jeans donated to the campaign to the earthquake victims left behind in Haiti. Aeropostale will be matching that donation with 100,000 pairs of brand new jeans to be donated to Haiti.
Teens for Jeans runs through February 14th with “gently used” jean drop off’s at Aeropostale stores through out the US and Canada.
