About Dolce&Gabbana Classic Cream Lipstick: The heart of the Dolce&Gabbana Make Up collection, Classic Cream Lipstick is an indispensable lipstick that's creamy and velvety, with outstanding coverage and payoff. The colors of Classic Cream Lipstick are not only inspired by the nuances of Sicilian roses, but also by the velvety touch of their petals. This spring, 20 new colors will be added to create a palette with 42 shades. It is an exceptional variety as unique as every Dolce&Gabbana woman.

Here are some very helpful spring and summer makeup tips that Christian had shared with me recently.

BL: What lipstick shades do you recommend for this spring and summer?
CM: Dolce&Gabbana Classic Cream Lipstick in Bellissima 515 and Traviata 635 are two of my favorite shades right now for spring/summer. Bellissima is a fun, bright pink while Traviata is more of a seductive plum – great for a night out!

BL: What lipstick shades do you recommend for those of us with fair, medium and dark skin?
CM: For fair skin tones I recommend a bright pop of color, be it pinks, plums or reds – try Daring 310 or Chic 230. It's all about brightening the face for those with fair skin tones! For medium skin tones, I recommend playing with nudes which come in an array of fun, versatile hues. Classic Cream Lipstick in Honey 130 is great! For darker complexions, I always think a bright red lip, like Ruby 640 makes a great statement. No matter the complexion, it's all about creating drama through contrast – colorful lips set against a clean complexion.

BL: What would you suggest to use to make lips look fuller without under going lip injections?
CM: Lipliner can be your best friend when it comes to creating the illusion of fuller lips! Choose a soft shade, close to the natural shade of your lips, I like the Dolce&Gabbana Precision Lipliner in Cashmere 8 for medium skin tones. Always use a lighter shade than the lipstick color of choice on the edges of your lips to create a plumping effect. To make lips look fuller, be sure to layer the lipstick, I like to blot on the lipstick to build up the pigment, which makes a great statement.
