A. Class review Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration poster.

Are You In A Conflict?
First, try to Negotiate on your own.
Next, get someone to help Mediate.
Finally, get an adult to Arbitrate.

* Steps 2 through Step 6 are the same.
Differences:
* Step 1 is different.
* With Negotiation, instead of two disputants trying to work out their own conflict to reach a WIN-WIN solution, with Mediation, the two disputants are receiving help from a third party to assist them in working toward a WIN-WIN solution.
C. Class is now ready to participate in the role-play called "Peer Mediation Role-Play between Marvin & Dan."
