Meb Keflezighi, Boston Marathon winner to throw out first pitch at Dodger game

The Los Angeles Dodgers have a special guest for their May 8 home game against the San Francisco Giants.

Throwing out the first pitch is 2014 Boston Marathon winner, Meb Keflezighi. Keflezighi is the first American male to win the Boston Marathon since 1983 and the first American male to win the Boston Marathon, New York Marathon and an Olympic medal.

According to the Skechers Performance Division website, Keflezighi is the most decorated United Stated distance runner. He is the American record holder in the 10,000 meters, a 20-time national champion and is considered the greatest distance runner that UCLA has ever produced.

As a Skechers Performance Athlete, Meb will be sporting Skechers GOmeb Speed 3 shoes and there will be signed memorabilia for fan giveways.
