Add Avocado

A study published by Nutrition Journal stated that adults, who indulged in at least half an avocado at lunch, suppressed their appetites for about 5 hours. Check out subs at Subway they are including guacamole now. So Yummy!!

Green Dip
½ ripe avocados
1 garlic chopped
½ cup spinach
½ cup cilantro
¼ cup edamame
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon lime
2 tablespoons chopped onion
½ cup plain yogurt
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Serve with Triscuit crackers, tortilla chips
