Meatless Monday
I have supported meatless Monday for some time now. Having the meatless meal helps to focus on the vegetables that can be a very good meal without meat. It can also be a healthy beginning to dropping a few pounds. It has been a healthy journey for me. So this is why I continue to share with others. I have suffered a plateau for several months. I am proud to say it has been broken. I have a long way to go. I need to lose 50 lbs.
Meatless Spaghetti
2 zucchini
Or spaghetti squash
¼ cup green pepper
¼ cup onion
1 cup of your favorite sauce.
Slice zucchini with veggie peeler
Boil water first before adding
Add all veggies and boil
For 5 to 10 minutes
Drain and add butter
Heat sauce
Poor on the heated sauce
Serve with garlic bread.
So yummy!
This is for one serving. It is very easy
To cook for a family.
