Coconut Cherry Chocolate Bar

Coconut layer
1 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons brown rice syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cups coconut flour

1 cup coconut oil
½ cup plain cocoa powder
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
¼ teaspoon cherry flavor

Coconut layer- add coconut milk, syrup and oil to sauce pan
Mix in coconut flour and mix.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Pour in mix and press to 2/3 inch thick. Cool in refrigerator.
Cool 25 minutes. Chill in freezer the colder the better.
Chocolate layer – cut frozen coconut into squares.
Place ingredients in double boiler and mix. Allow the mixture to cool before adding it to bars. When first layer is cool add a second layer.
Freeze 20 minutes or more before serving them. Yum, yum!!
