Ingredients

Cauliflower chopped

Asparagus chopped

Chopped carrots

Potatoes chopped

Dash of sea salt

Dash of rosemary (for potato)

Dash of olive oil

Instructions

Line a baking pan with foil

Heat oven 350

Mix potato with a dash of oil and season with your choice and rosemary

Place in oven to bake until toasted

Mix veggies with a dash of oil bake in separate pan

Bake until toasted and moist

So yummy served with garlic Texas Toast
Children will love it too!!
