So Humus So Good
16 oz of garbanzo beans fresh cooked
1 teaspoon garlic clove chopped
1 ¼ teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cooked chopped onions
Blend all ingredients in food processor and mix.
Remove the contents and place in bowl with top and chill. Before serving sprinkle on top with parsley.
Serve with pita chips.
