Dairy Free Cookie
2 sticks dairy free soy margarine
¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
2 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
Heat oven to 350.
Beat soy margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Gradually add flour until you get soft dough.
Prepare a baking sheet. Roll dough until it is about a ½ inch thick. Place on sheet and bake for about
14 to 18 minutes. Cut into squares before cooling.
