Allen McGee no longer rules the Slammer Tour roost.

Jonah O'Connor, a young gun who just gave up his junior status earlier this year, knocked off McGee at Mountain Creek Golf Course on Victoria Day.

O’Connor took an early lead in the match, but McGee bounced back to get it to all square shortly after the turn.

O'Connor then made a birdie two on No. 14 to go one up and the remaining holes were squared.

Overall, his card featured five birdies and they led to the end of McGee's impressive streak at being No. 1 in the rankings.

Slammer Tour events this week include matches at Stonebridge, Metcalfe, Dragonfly, Manderley, Edelweiss, Marshes and eQuinelle.
