MCE-5: The future of internal combustion

"This means that it's possible to produce a 1.5 liter cubic capacity MCE-5 engine with the power of a 3.0 liter v6 and the torque of a large diesel."-Video below! Let me introduce you to MCE-5, the creator of a new engine that solves the worlds energy crisis while maintaining performance levels that enthusiasts demand. This engine features a variable compression ratio (VCR) technology that allows manipulation of each cylinder's compression ratio within milliseconds. It can effectively lower gas consumption while simultaneously providing the power and gas engine enthusiasts enjoy. The new MCE-5 VCR-i can be cheaply produced because it utilizes all technology commonly found today on all continents. The future of MCE-5 VCR-i technology is very close.

MCE-5 VCR-i technology highlights:

  • Lowers fuel consumption
  • Offers high performance
  • Consume different types of fuel
  • Real-time compression ratio adjustment
    • 7:1 to 18:20
    • Actuation within milliseconds
    • Floating compression ratio
  • New era of modern engines
  • Less pollution
  • Lower friction due to piston kinematics

Variable compression ratio technology has been around for a while, but what makes MCE-5 VCR-i different is their engine produces more power, more efficiently. It features a gear driven crankshaft and piston setup to reduce strain and improve RPM bands. The low torque curve provided by it's diesel firing design and inline cylinders a great engine for performance applications. The inline cylinder design is optimal for forced induction because of the short path the air must travel to the combustion chamber from compressing device.

Imagine how much power we can make with one of these VCR engines. For rally and sports car application, their design is optimal for forced induction because gear driven crank reduces the piston slapping force. By reducing this force, the engine can achieve higher RPM's. It's possible it can achieve upwards of 9,000 RPM's with hardened crank shaft materials specialized for sports car use. Low torque power, and capability of high RPM; that sounds like fun!
