The largest children's festival in the United States is soon to be held here in Houston, Texas. The newly named, McDonald's Houston Children's Festival is a fun filled family event held on March 29 and 30, 2014 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in downtown Houston to benefit Child Advocates.

Over 300 activities, rides, vendors and special events and activities including carnival rides and special guest entertainment. Look for chances to meet Disney "Jessie" star, Debbie Ryan, China Anne McClain, Sid the Science Kid, and Brobee from the hit series "Yo Gabba Gabba." Yummy festival food, Lazer Tag, games, crafs, rides and more as well as opportunities for mom and dad to meet some of the important vendors used across the Houston region and find out more about their businesses and services. Tickets are $12.00/each, children 3 and under are free. Discounts are available for a limited time online. All Day fun passes are available for unlimited access to rides and inflatables or you may purchase tickets per ride. ATM's are available for use on site. Tickets must be used for entrance, rides and food. No outside food or drink is permitted.

The McDonald's Houston Children's Festival is one of the "world's 300 unmissable events" according to Frommers Travel Guide. It has raised over 4 million dollars to benefit Child Advocates.
