PHILADELPHIA – After missing last week’s game against San Antonio, Soul’s leading WR Ryan McDaniel is expected to play in the Week 13 matchup vs the Storm.

McDaniel did not play against the Talons because of a calf injury that he encountered sometime in practice.

“I expect him to play,” Dolezel told reporters after the San Antonio game. “He probably would have played if this was a playoff game. We wanted to make sure he was ready for the long run.”

The team activated him on Monday from inactive reserve according to the League's transaction wire.

McDaniel was a key factor in the Soul’s 62-34 win against Tampa Bay back on May 17. Ryan racked up 9 catches for 72 yards and four touchdowns.

The Soul are on the road against the Tampa Bay Storm on June 7th at 5pm ET. Catch the game on ESPN 3 and Soul Insider Gazette.
