Mazzio's Pizza remakes itself with more options

What used to be known simply as Mazzio's Pizza is now Mazzio's Italian Eatery, and it's getting a remake both in Tyler and nationally.

According to the company website, the days of pizza parlors on every block are gone, and Mazzio's is looking to distinguish itself among competitors like Pizza Hut and Little Caesar's. I've noticed a difference in the Tyler location, recently under new management. The restaurant is cleaner and has more options readily available on the lunch buffet.

But don't just take my word for it. KLTV's most recent restaurant report confirmed that Mazzio's had no demerits during the location's last inspection.

In addition to pizza, Mazzio's now offers signature pastas, sandwiches, buffalo wings and desserts.

The restaurant has several coupons available on their website, and you don't have to sign up on an email list to get them.

Mazzio's is located at 405 W. Front Street. For more information, call 903-595-2615 or visit them online at
