Despite being one of the smallest automakers working in the United States, Mazda proves it has a big heart. Announced today, Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) will donate $25,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief and $15,000 to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.

"The flooding across the states of Colorado, Texas and New Mexico has been absolutely devastating for not only the people living there but their 4-legged loved ones as well," said, Jim O'Sullivan, President and CEO, MNAO. "Mazda hopes that those in need can get the help they deserve through such great organizations as American Red Cross and Humane Society of Boulder Valley."

Having recently worked with Mazda/MANO at a launch of the 2014 Mazda3 (video attached), I can attest to their sincerity and professionalism.

The citizens of Colorado thank you Mazda.
