Mayweather’s proof that Pacquiao isn’t afraid to give blood (see video). Over past three weeks, boxing fans from around the world have been waiting to see if the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight will actually happen in 2010. The two fighters have battled back and forth trying to settle on a method of blood testing that will work for both fighters. Monday, Pac's promoter said that is Mayweather can't come to an agreement that they are moving on to Malignaggi, the next fight in line. For more on that story, click here.
Mayweather wants a more stringent testing then what other fighters have used (many say this is because his father has accused Pac of doping), and Pac says that he doesn’t like to give blood much at all and that it makes him feel weak.
Mayweather’s camp has now brought out an HBO video of Pac getting a physical and having blood drawn before the Pac vs. Hatton fight. They claim that he is smiling while having blood drawn and that he is ok with having blood drawn and that he is just making the whole thing up.
On the other hand, Pac doesn’t really look like he is smiling in the video, and his problem isn’t with having the blood drawn, he said that having it drawn makes him feel weak.
The internet buzz on this story and video are hot right now because fans want this fight to happen, and these two fighters will have gone a full round before they even hit the ring. See the video below.

This physical was 24 days before the fight, not much different from the 30 day cut-off Manny countered with. The EPISODE aired 14 days before the fight, but for anybody who knows anything about television documentaries... THEY ARE NOT LIVE SHOWS.
The burden of proof lies with the Mayweathers and GBP. Manny does not have to prove anything. His only mandate is to obey the boxing commission, which he has done his entire career.
The moment the Mayweathers or GBP can produce ANY sort of evidence that Manny is on PED's is the moment I will change my opinion about arguably one of the best boxers of all time.
Until then, the egg is on the face of Mayweather, his camp and his promoters. How foolish they are going to look if 1) Manny agrees to some compromise on the blood testing; 2) The fight happens; and 3) Floyd loses the fight.

If Pacquiao really wanted to fight Mayweather he would have agreed instantly to the blood test. If you’re the best fighter out there which is being said of Pacquiao for some reason, take the test and get on with the fight. Everything that is going on now could have been avoided.
