What are some good cardio workouts to warm up before a boxing workout? Running is my go-to, but I'd like to mix something new in. Hill and stair running would be nice, but it's hard to find a convenient place to do it.

A great cardio warm up for before you box is jump rope. It will get your heart pumping and your muscles nice and warm. Aaron usually has me jump rope for three 3-minute rounds with a one-minute rest in between. Hope that helps!
