Here is a great opinion piece about Otis Rolley by Dave Troy. Troy takes a nice shot at the proposed arena and traditional politics in Baltimore.
Speaking of traditional politics in Baltimore... the Mayor has scheduled her first big fundraiser on the same day as Otis Rolley's first fundraiser. It appears the Mayor wants to keep possible financial contributors away from Rolley's fundraiser. Why worry about a challenger like Rolley in such a public manner? If you are the incumbent/favorite you should not do anything that could possibly bring attention to your upstart opponent. Ask Pat Jessamy about how her public complaining about Gregg Bernstein's campaign sign in the police commissioner's front yard actually helped his campaign by giving legitimacy.
It looks like the Bernstein administration has started to change the State's Attorney's website.
