May is Oregon Wine Month

See also

May is Oregon Wine Month - just in time to ring in spring. Oregon wineries in Willamette Valley are celebrating all month long, with the biggest event over Memorial Day weekend.

Several wineries are offering great deals up to 20% off on bottles, and encourage you to purchase Oregon Wine this month, wherever you are.

The star of this region is the Pinot Noir, due to the awesome growing climate in Oregon. Though the Pinot Gris is not a bad option either. Both are fresh and fruity, and perfect for spring, or anytime!

If you are in Oregon, check out Willamette Valley in May, and if not, grab a bottle at your local wine shop or online through the wineries.

Here's to a wonderful, wine-filled, weekend ahead! And hopefully one full of fruity Pinot Noir flavors!
