According to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), Republicans are "demons" who are out to "destroy the country."
Waters made the outrageous comment while addressing Democrats at the party's state convention this last weekend in San Diego.
"I saw pictures of Boehner and Cantor on our screens," she said. "Don't ever let me see, again in life, those Republicans in our hall, on our screens, talking about anything."
"These are demons," she screamed.
"These are legislators who are destroying this country," she added.
"Rather than bringing us together, creating jobs, making sure we have a good tax policy...they are bringing down this country, destroying this country because they can," she falsely claimed.
This from the woman who told the Tea Party "go straight to hell."
A post at Breitbart TV noted: "Waters also promises that when they take back the House she will be the Chair of the Financial Services Committee and that banks are "shaking in their boots" at the thought."

Waters' comment also reveals something else - the Democrats' view that they, and they alone, are fit to serve in the halls of government.
Her comments also give voters insight into what Democrats have in mind if they retake the House.
"Guess what this liberal would be all about? This liberal will be about socializing...uh, um...Would be about, basically, taking over, and the government running all of your companies," Waters said in 2008.
Voters in California will have a choice. If they want "womb-to-the-tomb" socialism, Maxine Waters is the perfect choice.
