It's summer. One look at the air conditioning bill proves that. Still, many coffee afficionados have coffee every morning, no matter how hot it's going to be that day. Those who do should consider investing in this handy little gadget--the coffee scoop clip.
Because coffee beans should be used within a week of opening, the clip feature will help keep unwanted air out of the bag. It also solves the perpetual problem of bendy clips that won't curl around the bag.
Also, coffee scoops often have ridiculously short handles, but not this one! In this case, size does matter since this seven inch baby easily reaches the beans at the bottom of the bag. Also, made out of stainless steel, it cleans up nice.

Hola from the city of coffee. I hear you on the coffee scoop short handles and one of the ways we solve this problem is to cut off the top part of the bag as it empties and then seal it up. But this clip idea sounds very civilized.
Hola, SimpleObserver! That is an excellent solution as well. That way you can keep that short handled scoop inside the bag. Great suggestion! (Cheaper, too. Everyone has scissors.)
