Lately, I've been obsessed with maxi-dresses. The fashion trend is nothing new-- it actually resurfaced from the 70's ---but they are definitely a must-have for any late Spring or Summer wardrobe.
Maxi-dresses are easy, effortless and can be dressed up and down.
This season, maxi-dresses can be found in vibrant colors, prints, stripes and with lengths, including the high-low hemline trend. A belt can also can a great accessory to give a maxi-dress more of a bohemian look.
However, one thing that I have noticed is that it is imperative to try them on, because the different fabric of maxi-dresses. Some can be very sheer and sheer maxi-dresses are more suitable to wear as a cover up for the beach or the pool, but not out in public.
I also would not pay no more than $25 for a maxi-dress. Although that can be quite a challenge, you can find some great bargains on fantastic-looking maxis.
One of my favorite places to shop for maxi-dresses are Target. However, I am always on the hunt for a great bargain.
