Fans of "Dancing With the Stars" love Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his brother Val. They watch the show each season to see them and now it doesn't look like that will be happening. On Tuesday, US Magazine shared how Maks is now speaking out and saying that he is done dancing on the show. His season with Meryl Davis will be his last on the dance floor.
He spoke out on "The View" about it saying, "I'm done dancing. I feel like it's time. When I came back to the show, it was not the same—I was different, probably. When I came back, I saw this amazing talent…I looked at it and thought they can do much more and better. I was taking up a huge spot." Maks does know that they will find someone that can replace him, but a lot of fans don't think he can be replaced.
Maskim Chmerkovskiy has revealed in the past that he would love to be back on the show as a judge. He has even appeared as a guest judge before. He didn't say anything about not coming back to judge just that he simply won't come back to dance. Fans can hope that he will decide to return as a judge on the show. If Len Goodman really leaves the show, that would open up a spot for him to sit at the judging table.
Rumors have been flying he is dating Jennifer Lopez even though he won't admit to it. Maksim does want to start a family. He shared a while back that he wants his own kids saying, "I raised so many children at the studio that I am ready to create one of my own. I am really ready to have a family now. I need an outlet. I have so much I want to give, and I need someone to give it to."
He hasn't shared anything on Twitter yet about it. Fans are hoping to hear more from Maks and that maybe he has even changed his mind about things. For now, it doesn't look like he will be dancing at all.
"Dancing With the Stars" will be back on ABC this fall. Fans will just have to wait and see if Maksim will show up as a judge on the show or if he is gone for good. There is no news about who will be dancing yet.
