This summer’s NKOTBSB 2011 Tour is already one of the hottest tickets in town with New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys taking the stage on Wednesday, July 20 in the KFC Yum! Center, but now the heat has been kicked up a notch (or two) as Matthew Morrison of FOX’s hit series Glee will be joining the show.

“This was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” said Morrison. “I am so appreciative of my fans and I’m planning to give them a great show.”

Morrison decided to postpone his solo tour in support of his recently released debut self-titled album, to play in arenas across the country with the two hit-making groups who have sold more than 200 million albums combined. Glee’s resident optimistic club director will showcase his vocal talents to fans with his singles “Summer Rain” and “Still Got Tonight,” which was co-written by American Idol winner Kris Allen. Also featured on the album are Sting in “Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot,” Gwyneth Paltrow in “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” and Sir Elton John on “Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters/Rocket Man,” who packed the KFC Yum! Center in April with his own greatest hits show.

Tickets for this exciting show, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m., are still available for $93.50, $72.50, $52.50 and $31.20, reserved seating. Ticket price includes facility fee and there is a ticket limit of eight per person. Tickets may be purchased at the KFC Yum! Center, the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center Ticket Offices. Tickets may also be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets, through Ticketmaster Charge by Phone at 1-800-745-3000 and online at www.ticketmaster.com.
