In shocking news, a couple has now filed a lawsuit after a cab driver kicked them out of the cab for kissing. On Thursday, News Max shared about filed by Matthew McCrea and Steven White. The two are claiming that the Sun Taxi company is responsible for kicking them out of the cab after kissing each other.

The lawsuit is because they say what happened violated the Illinois Human Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation. The couple says that yes they did kiss in the cab, but it was a simple kiss just a peck. It was not like they made out or anything and was harmless.

They say that next the driver flashed the lights on and off again. After that, he pulled over to the side of the road and said, "This is public transportation." He then forced them to get out of the car on the side of the road in the dark and rain. They said no and were able to get him to at least drop them at a close by grocery store instead. The cab driver is saying that they were having sex and not just shared a kiss.

Sun Taxi spoke out and said, ""I feel bad for what happened. I don't have anything against anybody. But these guys are independent contractors. I can't control them. This is being blown out of proportion."
