Matthew McConaughey can charm just about anyone, it seems. The movie actor and heartthrob recently turned heads at a lesbian bar in Austin, his girlfriend recounted Feb. 16 on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
Supermodel Camila Alves, McConaughey’s girlfriend and host of Bravo’s “Shear Genius,” were partying in Austin recently when they stumbled upon a lesbian bar, she told Kimmel.
Alves didn’t name the bar, but it's been confirmed that the couple visited Sister’s Edge II.
“We go in and I’m like, ‘Yes! Victory!’ because everywhere we go, everybody loves Matthew. I do too, but sometimes you want to not have people bother you. We’re in a lesbian bar, now it’s my turn—people are gonna hit on me. That didn’t happen,” Alves said.
“He (McConaughey) was turning lesbian women straight. We had to have the bar security come and stand in front of us,” she said. “You just can’t win with the guy. He has it, and you gotta love it.”
