Ridings won his 29th career game on March 19 at VCU, giving him the most victories by any pitcher in the 91-year history of WKU baseball.

The College Baseball Hall of Fame made the request for the hat, autographed by Ridings, and the senior at Western Kentucky University signed it and shipped it.

The College Baseball Hall of Fame collects artifacts from outstanding performances on the college diamond. The items will be archived and displayed at the College Baseball Awards Show in July, other venues around the nation promoting college baseball and eventually in the College Baseball Hall of Fame when construction is completed.(See slideshow below for renderings.)
