The darling and delectable Matt Nathanson performed Friday night at Terminal 5 in NYC to a crowd of hundreds. Taking the stage with a boy-next-door quality that his fans adore, Matt didn't disappoint. Girls love him for his sweet lyrics and charm, guys love him for his talent and quirky sense of humor.
Matt's rise to popularity began slowly over the past several years. Born in Massachusettes he then made his way to the west coast and attended Pitzer College in Southern California. He takes the stage often alone, playing an acoustical 12 string; but Friday's performance included his whole band which offers a completely different sound to his music.
A long-time fan commented, "Matt is one of those musicians you just can't get enough of. He's sweet and cute and has a voice that keeps me coming back!"
If you missed Matt in NYC, fear not! He's on tour. While he doesn't come back to the city, he will be in Pittsburgh tonight and Buffalo tomorrow, so catch him while you can! Matt has performed coast to coast several times, and even performed in Austin this year for SXSW.
