Matt Mead for governor, the next liberal champion to be adored by the media

matt mead rejected

"The media that loves Obama is now falling all over Matt Mead"...

A surprise? NOT SO MUCH.

Along with all the Casper Star Tribune praise that said Mead could follow in Freudenthal's footsteps, now the Wyoming Tribune Eagle is also endorsing him.

Of course these latest endorsements and words of praise from the "Lame-Stream-Media" shouldn’t be the first warning signs to you.

And they won't be the last, I predict we will see the Obama supporting labor union SEIU and the venomously “anti-gun” Police Union following with similar actions toward Mead.

Lastly, Rita Meyer comes in as a "close second" in the Wyoming Tribune opinion article.

Matt Mead and Rita Meyer...Isn’t it great to know “who not to vote for”?

With Matt Mead wanting to raise the fuel tax and Rita Meyer flip-flopping on Obamacare, those two will not be getting my vote!

    "Lame-stream-media"

Hahahaha- so clever! I guess we're all Sarah Palin now. What, you couldn't have dropped in a mention of Mama Grizzlies?

And when the Wyoming Tribune Eagle in considered mainstream (sorry, Lamestream!) then the word has no meaning. But keep wallowing in your collective Conservative victimhood, Mr. Borchard.

andrew e., do you understand that the "state" government does not generate any wealth of any kind? Do you know that every penny they spend is stolen from all of us? And, what may even be worse, all of the regulations and prohibitions rob us silently day after day.

Unless you are happy to voluntarily donate all the money collected from you in taxes, and voluntarily abide by all the dictates and infringements, YOU are being robbed as well.

Are you within your rights to rob others to satisfy your needs and wants? If you are not, how can you delegate such a "right" to anyone else - you, or any number of others?

Or are YOU a receiver of stolen goods? Is that why it seems like such a good idea to you?

So, any news source that endorses the thieves must be held to account or ignored. It doesn't really matter what you call them.

Be my guest Mama and don't pay your taxes. And then don't drive on any state roads or go to any parks or if your house is on fire, by all means, don't you dare call the fire department. Those firemen are being paid by stolen funds!

And here's an inconvenient fact, Mama- Republicans use state funds to pay for stuff too. Hell the last President used my (stolen) tax money to pay for a war I wasn't too happy about! Let's all start a revolution! What Would Glenn Beck Do?

andrew e said- "Republicans use state funds to pay for stuff too. Hell the last President used my (stolen) tax money to pay for a war I wasn't too happy about" -- You won't get an arguement from me about that. So I guess we agree on that point...Next.

  • andrew e. 3 years ago

Glad we agree on that point, Mr. Bouchard. Now if I can get you to understand that saying "lamestream media" doesn't make the media look lame, it makes you (and Sarah Palin) look lame.

Oh and the Wyoming Tribune Eagle and the Casper Star Tribune are so far off the 'mainstream' as to render the phrase meaningless. If you want 'mainstream' try the cable news network with the highest ratings- Fox. Or the radio personality with the highest ratings- Rush. Or how about the newspaper with higher circulation figures than the NY Times- the Wall Street Journal. That's mainstream.

The party affiliation of politicians and bureaucrats is totally irrelevant, Mr. andrew e. They are all liars, thieves and all too often much worse.

And I don't have any opportunity to choose whether or not to drive on government roads, etc. I would much rather they did not belong to the government - paid for with stolen goods. I would be happy to pay a private owner for whatever I used, but that isn't one of the options, now is it? Same goes for the fire department, police and everything else.

You don't have any illusion that they actually belong to YOU or any of the rest of us, do you?

  • andrew e. 3 years ago

Jesus, Mama, what do you want? To live in a place with absolutely no taxes, no government, no bureaucracy? I thought hippies were the Utopian ones but you, and the bizarre group of people I keep hearing about who think like you, are beginning to take the cake.

Could you point to just one example of a country or state ruled successfully under the system you're proposing- one with essentially no system of government whatsoever? Have you heard of Somalia?

What I really don't get is that our country right now, a place of general security and massive prosperity, a place with some of the highest education and medical standards, a place that is militarily unmatched throughout the world, is and has been made possible in part because of our government. It ain't perfect by a long shot but your solution is what- make everyone pay a fee to the private police force when their house is robbed? Build fences around parks and charge admission? How about a pay-for-access privately held court sys

Naive fools like you are what keeps this nation the way it is. Please stop stealing oxygen from people that need it more than you.

  • andrew e. 3 years ago

A brilliant rejoinder, marine. You've shown me the error of my ways! No, no. No need to elaborate. I can feel you TELEPATHICALLY fleshing out your argument and shooting down my every point.

    Get out of my head!

    andrew e.;
Thanks for the compliments. I can see that you are the end product of this outstanding state run school system. And how do you spell brainwashed?

  • andrew e. 3 years ago

marine- I'm not sure if you're unwilling to make an argument or simply unable.

Hopefully at some point you'll realize you're not actually SAYING anything.

  • wyomarine 3 years ago

    andrew e.,
You pointed out what a bizarre group of people we were for not believing in all this gov't sponsored theft that you call taxes. I countered that you believe in this theft because it was fed to you through the state run school system and therefore is right. To feed your thousands of wonderful state run organizations that are nothing more than massive money pits that produce nothing in the end. Except more lack and greed. Most of what you bragged about was a myth, but that could go on for pages explaining to you just how bad our schools and medicine is. End of argument.(except I really condensed it the first time, hope this clears it up for you)
Do you really think you understand how our tax system works? The gov't has plenty of money without even having personal income tax. Now every congressman and senator can become a millionaire at our expense. Your system works, for them.
