Master Liu Yuan Tong will host Zhineng Qigong workshops in St. Louis

Zhineng Qigong Master Liu Yuan Tong of China will be coming to St. Louis, Missouri, to host workshops for four days on Feb 21 -24. St. Louis Zhineng Qigong announced that this rare opportunity is suitable for everyone who is interested in better health, more vitality, a strong immune system and a sense of harmony. They encourage anyone, with or without prior Qigong experience, to attend the free programs on Thursday Feb 21 and Friday Feb. 22 to learn about Zhineng Qigong.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice with meditation and gentle movements for health and wellbeing. It is suitable for people of all levels of physical ability. Dr. Pang He Ming of China created Zhineng Qigong. Dr. Pang, MD, a Western-style medical doctor as well as a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, synthesized medical knowledge, scientific research, and a profound study of several ancient styles of Qigong to develop the Zhineng Qigong system of training, healing and Qi cultivation.

Master Liu began studying a traditional form of qigong at age 8, and then learned Zhineng Qigong from Dr. Pang. For the past 20 years he has been practicing Zhineng Qigong, and was teaching ten years at the Hua Xia Qigong Center, also known as the Medicine-less Hospital. Master Liu taught in Tibet and Sweden as well. Master Liu is also known as a Tuna massage expert and has practiced the healing art for over 14 years.
