Rock slides occur around the country all of the time, but rarely are they caught on video. Local news crew, WDEF just happen to video this massive rock slide on US 64 in Polk County, Tennessee, on Tuesday. This is the second rock slide in the last few weeks near that area. The last rock slide took over a week for work crews to clear the road.
No one was hurt in the rock slide, but local workers are concerned about the stability of the mountain with all of the rain they’ve had recently, and the number of small rock slides in the area. The internet buzz was created when WDEF sent the video to CNN. Scroll down for the video of the rock slide.
