Amazon kicked off of a PC Digital Download Winter Sale on Thursday, Dec. 19 that has dozens upon dozens of games on sale that includes everything from Alan Wake to Far Cry 3 to Civilization V to X-COM: Enemy Unknown to Grand Theft Auto IV.

The Winter Sale will run until Jan. 3, 2014 with new deals popping up nearly every day while some deals will be expiring. However, the initial batch of discounts is much too long to list here. There are a number of highlights though that include several 2K Games titles such as Aliens: Colonial Marines for just $1.99 and Civilization V: Gold Edition with the Brave New World DLC for $19.99. Borderlands 2 and the Borderlands: Game of the Year package are also featured at just $11.99 combined while the GTA Trilogy plus Grand Theft Auto IV can be had for $10.99.

Ubisoft games are featured as well with Assassin's Creed III discounted to $14.99, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger available for $7.49 while the delightfully ridiculous Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is the same price.

Other highlights include The Walking Dead for $12.49, Rocksmith at $14.99 and Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+ for $4.99.

This list could go on and on as there is everything from shooters like Metro: Last Light to deep grand strategy games such as Europa Universalis IV. Your best bet is to head straight to the Amazon Digital Deals page and guard your wallet wisely.

Amazon is also throwing in a $5 promotional credit with each purchase which can be used towards the purchasing one of the Editor's Choice Best Games of 2013 in January.
