British actor Robin Sachs -- best known as Ethan on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and the voice of Zaeed in the "Mass Effect" series -- was found dead in his home Tuesday.
The news was first posted on the Bioware Social Network after a poster by the name of Semtax Jack stumbled across reports on Twitter and Facebook. The reports were later independently confirmed. Sachs was found in his apartment on his birthday, but authorities believe he had been dead for up to four days. There is no word on a cause of death.
Sachs voiced the stoic mercenary Zaeed Massani in both "Mass Effect 2" and "Mass Effect 3," and did other voice work for Bioware's "Dragon Age 2."
