‘Mass Effect 3’ Citadel DLC unique Xbox 360 downloading process explained (Photos)

The upcoming Citadel DLC for the multiplatform title, “Mass Effect 3,” will have to be downloaded in two separate files on the Xbox Live Marketplace of the Xbox 360. According to a report by the Bioware Blog on March 2, the developer explained that the unique downloading process is due to the expansion being bigger than the previous downloadable contents. Players can purchase and download the first pack for 1,200 Microsoft Points and then get the second part for free. Both files are required to unlock the Citadel DLC. You can check out some screens from the new expansion, as well as several older shots from the action role-playing game, in the slideshow at the top of this article.

In addition to the Xbox 360, the Citadel DLC is also coming to the PC and Playstation 3 versions of “Mass Effect 3” as a single downloadable file.

Electronic Arts released “Mass Effect 3” for multiple systems in North America last year. You can purchase the product in the following link: “Mass Effect 3”
