You should know: The Science of Sake is an interactive tasting of four sakes that explores the various flavor profiles available in sake while illustrating the diversity within the genre. The evening will begin and end with Japanese beer as well for all participants.
Who: Open to general public whereas tickets are $50 per person ($45 MSC members) and are all-inclusive, light fare, drinks, and Science of Sake presentation. Advance registration is required with a 21+ age requirement. To register for this event click here.

Where: Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
FYI: Doors open at 7 p.m., the presentation will run from 7:30 p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m., leaving time to mingle and talk with the expert before and after the main portion.
