The hours are 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The instructor, Vincent Vizachero, is the manager of the Herring Run Nursery. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation seeks volunteers to help pot several thousand native tree seedlings at the Clagett Farm in Prince George's County on April 9, 10, and 11. The hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The trees at the nursery will eventually be planted at restoration projects throughout the Bay Watershed. Registration is required. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation seeks volunteers to make reef balls on April 10 at the Oyster Restoration Center in Shady Side. The hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reef balls are artificial reefs made of concrete that serve as habitat for oysters and other marine organisms. Participants will also tour the Center.
